Safeway Home Healthcare, L.L.C is based in Roseville, Minnesota and we operate in the Twin Cities and its surrounding areas.
Safeway Home Healthcare is a family owned and operated business. We understand the need for home care services that provide not just care but build relationships of trust and compassion. Our policy manual will outline how we intend to follow all Minnesota Statute while we offer the best services to our community.
Our mission is to help change the narrative of limited mobility as being restrictive, isolating or stressful. We want to be part of the new approach to caring for our most vulnerable community members as inclusive and limitless. We know that with our care, people with limited mobility will be encouraged and supported to be engaged in the community and live independently in a safe environment. We want to take the stress away from clients, family or friends so that relationships can be enriched and prosperous. We are excited to be part of change in the care industry, but we will never lose sight of our mission to put quality, trust, safety and compassion first.

Safeway Home Healthcare, L.L.C will foster an inclusive, cooperative working environment using our highly skilled staff (Registered Nurse, Qualified Professional and Personal Care Attendants) to create an environment of safe independence and self-control when it comes to client’s healthcare needs. We will continuously review our service delivery methods and make changes and adaptations when necessary to keep aligned with our mission, the changing industry needs and State Statute.
We will offer as much educational and developmental training to staff as possible, as well as encourage participation and engagement within the agency to cultivate a sense of personal investment. We will foster good working relationships with other Human Services Agencies and community members that best serve our clientele, their families, and our staff. We will promote a healthy physical and mental work environment for staff to retain the best and most qualified personnel for our clientele. We know that having a high retention rate will help us maintain trust with our clients, other agencies and the greater community, which is why we are supportive and flexible with our staff. We encourage our staff to continue their education and to better themselves and hopefully to stay on with the agency bringing back their skills and knowledge.
Safeway Home Healthcare, L.L.C will require that all employees be familiar with all required Minnesota Rules on healthcare and if there are any concerns, questions or need for clarification employees are expected to ask their direct supervisors.
